The White and Samarske Rocks

White and Samarske rocks are a unique geomorphologic phenomenon in the middle of forest. Shapes of these incredible rocks are sharp and vertical and they reach up to 50 feet in height. Rocky peaks are separated by countless faults, grooves, cracks and breaks. White limestone rocks are natural phenomenon, and the planning area of the White and Samarske rocks has been declared a strict natural reserve. Best access is from Mrkopalj and Tuka, but it is possible to approach it from Jasenka, south side of the path.
